Have no fear they will get you with La Citizen Plan, that is a true
nightmare.
 
We are living in Lafayette in a house that never flooded, our flood
insurance is 300. and this year our home owners is $3,500.  Go figure.  I
would be interested in knowing what people in Chalmette are now paying. We
have much higher deductibles than before as well.
