Hi Everyone,
 
 
   Just found out something really weird and not sure if its legal. So if
anyone knows let me know. My boyfriend was checking out his credit report
and found that Entergy had put his account in collections (pre- katrina,
that part is fine) but then on the account it has charged off as a result of
their bankruptcy. Now here's the part I think is illegal, they then added
the amount charged off to his current bill. He just got his FEMA trailer in
the last 3 months, so that's why he hasn't had a bill since the storm. Does
anybody know anything about this and did anyone else have this on their
credit reports?
