those people underway are in good shape.  FEMA made some noise about those
permits not being sufficient but that issue seems to have been resolved, but
anyone who has not gotten permitted will get a permit to fulfill the FEMA
guidance issue.

Does this mean that we need to get some sort of additional "building permit"

for our properties that are in the process of repair, or does the electrical

permits and structual engineers reports we have already obtained fulfill 
this obligation and is enough documentation to continue in our repairs? 
These have been brought to the parish complex and are on file with the 
parish.
