Taco Bell in Meraux has left a pile  of chairs on the outside of the
building 
-- it's a mess all around there.    Will they be sited for this?  Also,
they 
have boarded up the building with  plywood instead of glass or plexi
glass 
like we HAD to do.  Will this be  allowed?
