Presentation Highlights

* How the energy industry must address the delicate balance between
energy production and consumption with increased supply.

* Energy sources: conventional oil and gas-including access to
resources presently off limits in offshore waters and on federal lands-as
well as unconventional oil and gas requiring innovative technology.

* Development of clean fossil fuels, and alternative and renewable
energy sources, including biofuels and hydrogen for transportation fuel and
wind and solar technology for electricity.

* Conservation by supporting progressive solutions that result in
greater energy efficiency and stimulate economic growth, as well as the
education of our young people about the energy industry-how it powers the
present and will fuel the future.

* How industry must-and can, with advanced technology-conduct business
in socially, economically, and environmentally responsible ways.
