[StBernard] St. Bernard panel opposes truck stop

At Tuesday's Council Meeting, the residents of that area's neighborhoods not
only made valid points about why the applicant did not meet the criteria for
a truckstop on that land (safety, crime, proximity to schools, zoning, etc),
but they also presented other economic development for that area which was
included in the United Commercial Fisherman's Association proposals using
Community Block Development Grants.

No matter what revenue share and sales tax, the integrity of that area's
character needs to be preserved.  Our Neighborhoods are not for sale.
