Would like to ditto the concerns of that neighborhood and it being the wrong
location for truck stop.  Consider the situation our neighborhood is in with
the refinery land grab for expansion.  It is the wrong location for a
refinery or a refinery's facilities.  It's a residential neighborhood and
needs to be preserved and not encroached.

There are new OSHA explosion cone regulations that would most likely have
prevented the new crude oil pipeline that now runs within feet of the Jacob
Drive residential properties.  So too, that explosion cone from the
pipelines should prevent any facilities expansions such as maintenance
building and warehouse.  As it is now, the workers are parking ON TOP of the
hydrogen and crude oil pipelines.

Our Council needs to change and increase the minimum amount of land required
between Heavy Industrial I2 which has these types of worse case scenarios
and R1/R2 properties.  Its the best for our community's safety and well
being.
