	Somehow the picture of 18
	wheelers and those don't seem to go together

LOL , yeah, cant see a bunch of 18 wheelers parked at the end of Canal. 
Lived for a good year in Bad Oeynhausen, a spa town in Germany with, of
course, a 'real' casino. Looks like a huge stretched out castle with a dome,
located smack in the middle of the spa park (this spa is NOT an exercise gym
like the French Riviera, but a town with healing springs, rehab clinics,
totally wheelchair friendly all the way to the dance halls, yes, the folks
using wheelchairs do dance there, plenty 'spa houses' with mud packs and
whatnots, six weeks 'cure' paid for every two years by the health insurance)
Their casino is not glitter and fake but has real antiques etc, 
 
During a vacation, we strolled through the park with hubby, brother in law
and sister in law, tourists in shorts and tennis shoes, tried to take a look
at this casino as brother in law worked at the Treasure chest and was
interested. 
Me being thoroughly amerispoiled by now, totally forgot the dress code. No
tie, No entrance. 
So they have ties to 'rent', but we had shorts, and long pants and shirt are
also a must. Would look to funny with shirts, T shirt and a tie. Darn.
Totally forgot, being so used to comfy dress down nowadays.
Oh well, the outside was impressive, and hundreds of years old. 
 
Oh, in today's time it is being changed to a Las Vegas type thing to help
revive interest, and in light of the recent poker fever. I seem to remember
it being converted into a hotel, to move the gambling into newer buildings.
I personally liked it better the old way, but, again, money talks. Sadly.

middle, stretched out. Dont think the pic will show up on the list. Oh I am
homesick.
