[StBernard] Federal Bureau of Investigation New Orleans Most Wanted Update

The Wanted by FBI New Orleans page has been updated to include a crime alert
poster for fugitive Terrence Kasses Washington, who is wanted for escaping
from the Corrections Corporation of America Metro Detention Facility in
Nashville, Tennessee, on February 17, 2008.  At the time of his escape,
Washington was serving time after being convicted for auto theft in 2007.
Washington has escaped from multiple prisons in the last several years.
