[StBernard] Forced Demolition of houses in Murphy Buy Out Zone

Houses in the Murphy Buy Out zone located between St. Bernard Hwy and E.
Judge Perez that do not meet the required standards have  not been listed on
any parish Exhibits or the Forced Demo List that is presently posted as
Exhibit "Z" on the parish web site.
 
Why Not? 
 
 Is there another agenda going on between Murphy Oil Corp and these
homeowners? There's no walls, much less full electricy, kitchen etc. at any
of these houses. Some of the homeowners have already received LRA funds but
have done nothing.  Appears that they are waiting for Murphy Oil Corp to
offer another incentive. 
These houses belong on the same list as other houses with the same
attributes, just sitting there.
