Let's assume that SDT did purposely dump its wastes materials into a New
Orleans community. There will be an even greater outburst of opinions,
damnation and utter cries of racism being forced down the throats of negroes
and the community leaders, not excluding Willard-Lewis, joined by every
reverend in the U.S., followed by the congressional black caucus, possible
feedback from the O-B-1 storm-troopers, EPA, movie-star conglomerates,
(which will include Brad Pitt who's doing his thing in the "lower-nint'
ward", and the list will go on and on.

The press locally will become the pressing for "no justice, no peace" of
degrading and inhibiting the ninth ward's promise to rebuild by a majority
of white community. Once the government in St. Bernard gets its feet wet in
the ordeal it will re-orchestrate the race-card issue into a swan song now
composed and sung by the drive to over-populate St. Bernard Parish with
Apartments, entitlements to more brothers and sisters being denied "fair
housing" into the parish.
