Early voting opens Saturday in St. Bernard Parish

Early voting opens tomorrow in St. Bernard Parish for the Oct. 17 ballot.

Only one item awaits parish voters: a request from the Lake Borgne Basin
Levee District to renew a 4.27-mill tax.

Registered voters can cast early ballots tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
and from Monday through Oct. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Registrar of
Voters office in the Parish Government Complex at 3201 W. Judge Perez Drive
in Chalmette. The office is not open on Sunday.

A picture ID is needed.
