New Orleans Metroplitan Assoication of Realtors (NOMAR) awards two St.
Bernard Realtors

Mike O'Brien, with Prudential Gardner and Lara Schultz, with Specialized
Real Estate Services, each received top honors at NOMARs 2009 Sales
Recognition Awards Luncheon on March 4th at the New Orleans Hilton
Riverside. Margaret Orr was the mistress of ceremonies, music by Storyville
Stompers, "Champagne & Diamonds Raffle," and a silent auction was held.

 

Mike O'Brien received 6th place in the Top 8 Individual Realtors, with no
licensed assistant with the Highest Gross closed Commission in the
Association. Lara Schultz received 8th place in the same category.

 

Mike also received 2nd place in the Top 8 Individual Realtors, with no
licensed assistant with the Highest Number of Units closed in the
Association. Lara Schultz received 3rd place in this category. 

 

Both agents were Platinum Award winners, the most elite agents in the
Association with gross-closed commission of $200,000 or more for 2009, and
both agents live in and specialize in the St. Bernard market.
