Can you say "make it easier to hire my political cronies who don't cut it on
the educational requirements?"  Yes, I thought you could.

If they are having difficulties attracting better employees, they can always
increase the salary rather than dummy down the job requirements.  Then
again, how else will a politician be able to hire his brother-in-law?
