Lot Next Door Program Comes To a Close

February 1, 2013 deadline to put down deposit on LLT property

 

The Lot Next Door program in St. Bernard Parish is coming to a close.
Applicants have until February 1, 2013 to put down a deposit and sign a
purchase agreement to buy a LLT property through the Lot Next Door program.
All closings must occur no later than April 15, 2013.  After April 15, 2013
the Lot Next Door Program will be over and all LLT properties that have not
gone to closing will be transferred back to St. Bernard Parish Government.
