From studiopotter at studiopotter.org Wed Oct 5 15:34:50 2005 From: studiopotter at studiopotter.org (studiopotter@studiopotter.org) Date: Wed Oct 5 16:00:22 2005 Subject: Studio Potter Magazine -- Steve Branfman's son died Message-ID: <187137AC-35D7-11DA-95EE-000A9581812E@fas.harvard.edu> Steve was a former Studio Potter Board member. http://www.brackers.com/special_pages/branfman.cfm I was just referred to this link by Carol Tempkin who called with the news On September 27th, at 12:15 A.M., Jared Branfman passed away after a long, arduous, and heroic battle with cancer.? He was a true fighter with a sensitive soul and loving heart.? He was and always will be an inspiration in the every sense of the word and in every facet of himself, from artist to young man.? I think we all feel the pain of losing such a young and promising artist.? To his parents, Steven & Ellen, and his younger brother, Adam, our hearts go out to you.? We hope you can take some comfort in knowing we are all thinking of you, grieving with you and praying for you. May his memory be for a blessing. You may leave a message to Steve and Ellen (Jared's parents) and his brother Adam at the Boston Globe guest book for Jared.
