I've seen those job postings.  I was looking at one the other day that had 
listed a BFA as a requirement and they also wanted someone who could do web 
design, man a help desk and fix broken computer equipment.

I saw another one who wanted web design, Sys admin and general office 
duties all rolled into one person.  Think they were looking to pay $10 an 
hour (US)

It's tough out here in the job market!
