Never tried it (or Visio) for that matter, but according to the site it's  
supposed to be a lot like Visio, and it's free. I believe it's Linux only  
at the moment, but you can use Fink to get it on a Mac and it looks like  
someone has gone to the trouble of porting it to windows (if that's what  
you need).
