I think Inspiration is great; it's easy to learn, very
intuitive to use, and the price is right:

it was developed for teachers, and its concept/idea
mapping features translate exceptionally well into
sitemaps and wireframes. Although it's been years
since I worked with MS Project, I find that
Inspiration allows you to work with ideas first, and
then connect the dots, rather than having to think
linearly.
