I think Adobe (in production tools) is better than any other company 
... (imagine Microsoft, or Novell ;))

this merger is still up to the shareholders approval, so it has not 
been finalized yet, but the road is quite clear I would say ...

now: don't you think this could result in a nice production suite ?? I 
do :)
