[Webpro] tablelessness

Not the grid _look_, but the grid structure.

I understand the idea, too, of separating content from presentation, but
I have to say that only once have I really used css for that purpose,
and it didn't go very far. It's hard to imagine doing a layout in css
that is broadly restructurable without having to adjust aspects of the
content pages without limiting your design severely.

I'm not anti-css here, but wanted to play devil's advocate a bit. I
don't really see the need, though, for the elimination of tables. I see
a need for smarter use of tables, but tableless design philosophy often
seems to come off as an extension of the designer's ego.
