[Woodcarver] Gentle Subscribers :-)... not sure what's up

Hi Bill and everyone!
   I think I might be on the new list because I have sent one message that 
took.  But I  am trying to follow the directions to change my password.  I'm 
not sure why I have to do that if my mail comes to hotmail.  Also it won't 
let me do anything.  I just get this grey list of places to enter 
information and then says it failed.  What to do now?
