[Woodcarver] the more the marrier

As I read Teri's reply I was thinking, if you need to sit in the recliner 
most of the time cant you carve in that?  Of course there is the mess to 
deal with but I have seen (Floyd Radigan (sp sorry Floyd) made it) a bench 
hook with a top 1/2 of an apron that was velcro'd to the top of the bench 
hook to catch the chips.  It really worked very well at containing the 
chips.  ANd I have read that some spread a flat sheet out over their laps 
onto the floor and when done just pick up the whole thing with the chips in 
the center to be shook out outside. Just wondering if this might help like 
Teri's stools.
