Hey Steve<
Good question, I'm interested to how many people are self taught myself.

1. Nobody
2.Joined a club which really helped and used a lot of books
3. I think I started late at 45.

Happy Easter to everyone out there.

  Hi all,

Interesting, look forward to the answers from others. Mine are...

  1. Nobody.
  2. Self taught. Have used some books and this list Of Course!
  3. Well, I guess I could say that. Based on how old I am now I started carving 8 years ago, so that's about 4/5 through my life so far. I suppose when I am asked this question when I'm in my 90's I would say "Nope, I started early." :-)

  Happy Easter all.

Hello all. Here are three questions to kick around on the list.

    1. Who taught you to carve, if you were taught by someone else?

    2. How many of you are "self taught" (which could include using books, etc.)?

    3. How many of you started carving "late in life" (use your own discretion)?

Blessings from the Land of the Dimpled Chad
    Steve
