[Woodcarver] Bark carving question - fantasy houses

Generally from what ive observed is that you just clean off the outer bark
where you want to carve....look at the piece with a critical designers eye
then start from the bottom with some stairs and work your way
up...designing as you go...i think its jest that simple.....hope that helps
