Good Evening, I've been thinking of investing in a high quality carving knife for general purpose caricature carving, not detail. I have been looking, and there are many different brands, Helvie, Diobsud Forge, Cape Forge, and Denny knives. I would like to hear your opinions on the best choice. Thanks, Dan Heine
