I certainly wouldn't be opposed to taking instruction to ANY of these individuals and they would be most welcome...  my understanding of the roundup type setting is considerably less formal...  (am I wrong?  all I know is what I read).  My take on it is a "spit-n-whittle" type atmosphere with the more talented or experienced helping as needed...  kinda a "let me show you a few things about this"  sort of setting where anyone that wants to see it or do it can.  If the participant needs to buy the materials or blank so be it...  that is more than fair.

This I didn't know of...  thanks for the heads up, I will pursue that info :)

I have had the pleasure of meeting Kathleen although she has no reason to remember me as I have only snooped through her inventory and maybe made a few small purchases.  I hope life is treating her well.  I see a value of having vendors at such an event because mail order is the order of business around here.  This is an idea in it's infancy and way far away from a "done deal".  Any and all input is welcome on or off list.  There are some folks ready to help make this fly and it's definately DOable.  Share your thoughts.
