[Woodcarver]Digital Photos, PTrail, and Finish

Larry,
Your inlayed plates are beautiful. I do a little turning, self taught, and I
was wondering how you get the pattern on your inlaid plates. It may sound
like a "dumb" question but I have not seen anything like that in any of my
woodturning books.  I like turning vases and candle holders then carve faces
on them. There are a few on my web site. I do not have any of my turned
plates or bowls on there.

Do you use a spray shellac on your pieces?  I will have to take another look
after dinner tonight.

Where is Colchester?  I have heard from some pretty good carvers from
Ontario over the years.  Very nice people too.
