[Woodcarver] Can frozen paint be used ?

Hi everyone
My question is about paint. I have a buddy who is cleaning out his
fathers garage. In the back are about 50 cans of paint, all new , never
opened. This has been there for around 5 years. There is a lot of
rust-oleum oil base and acrylic , some latex and some spray cans.
These have been keep dry but have been in freezing weather. Do you
still think they would be ok when thawed out. What types of paint are not affected by
freezing temps. Thanks for your time
