Larry, welcome to the crowd.  I have just been going through an extended 
email campaign with these people.  I know at the time I signed up 
originally, there were a number of email messages, and I am thinking I 
may have provided a visa number either over the internet or by phone, 
but I can't find any evidence that the subscription was ever processed 
against my Visa account.  My record keeping is like my carving, hit or 
miss, so I still haven't checked everything out, but they have set me up 
with a subscription effective with issue 6, and are sending out an 
invoice.  If I want the prior issues I have to get back to them again. 
Home care is here tomorrow, so if everything isn't frozen solid I will 
see if I can find issue 4 still available in one of the vendors around 
here, and pick up 5 when it hits the stands.

My guess is they ran into some startup problems, but funny it only seems 
to have happened to a couple of Canadians. If I do find that I in fact 
have already paid, I am sure they will just extend my subscription.
