Hi Ray,
Thank you for sharing your work with us.
Your work truly blew me away when you were here at the GPO. You have an eye
for design that can accommodate any shape or size, especially with your
acanthus designs and your carving skills are suburb.
The background, the carvings behind you, of those last 3 pictures is very
impressive. If you wouldn't mind telling us a little more about your carving
business.
Are those last 3 pictures taken in your studio and are you open to the
public?
Are these 3 latest pieces commissions and do you do mostly commission work?
I would sure like to know if you teach regularly, about how many hours do
you carve a day and anything else you would like to tell us about your work.
Here at the GPO we both were making the chips fly and really didn't have
much time to talk face to face. So about all I know about you is that you
drove here from N.Y., you are one hell-of-a carver and your beautiful bride
likes to read.

Hello all; I've just uploaded some pics of my latest stuff into my PT Album
9. Would appreciate any and all comments/input. Doesn't seem to be a whole
lot of interest in this type of decorative style. Anyhoo, these are
butternut and basswood except for my rendering of one of Bill J's
Inspirational Book patterns, which is hard maple. Thanks, and happy
carvin'.
