Thanks again Steve. I have already contacted her. It is not necessary to defend her or any of the editorial staff. Like I said the magazine is great. The problem I have is getting through to the publisher. I simply wanted to complete and renew my "Charter Subscription".

How do I reply to just the person that wrote the email?
Don't see their email address on the mail I received, just the list.

      Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the optimizm but I'm afraid the problem isn't the postal service. I too receive the four carving mags (oops make that three) and this is the first problem I've encountered.
The mag. I'm concerned with is CARVING MAGAZINE not the others. The magazine is excellent but only good if you have it in your hand. I really don't want to loose the resource but I'm not sure something that should be enjoyable is worth the frustration.

FOR WHAT EVER IT IS WORTH. I GET FOUR CARVING MAGAZINES, CHIP CHATS, WOOD CARVING ILLISTRATED, WOOD CARVING (ENGLAND), AND CARVING. I HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THESE PUBLICATIONS ABOUT DELIVERY. THE PROBLEM IS WITH OUR GREAT U S POSTAL SERVICE. MAGAZINES I AM TOLD ARE THE LAST THING FOR THEM TO DELIVER AS THE POSTAL RATE IS MUCH LESS THAN FIRST CLASS. SO, IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS PAID UP BE PATIENT THE PONY EXPRESS RIDDER WILL SHOW UP. REGARDS, STEVE
