[Woodcarver] What ya carvin' mister? equimpent care

jeff Foxworthy  and Bill Engvall both have done different versions of the 
"Here's your sign" song.

I've been off the list for a while and just starting to thing about doing 
some carving again, been almost 5 months now due to my wife's illness.  Kept my 
knives put away but the power equipment haven't been used for a while, foredom 
and dremel, should I grease the cables in the shafts before firing them up. 
They have been hanging in a garage with little heat.
