Hi Arthur , a little grease is much cheaper then new shafts and cases. (;-) keep them greased but don't over do it either. Jack

jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall both have done different versions of the "Here's your sign" song.
I've been off the list for a while and just starting to thing about doing some carving again, been almost 5 months now due to my wife's illness. Kept my knives put away but the power equipment haven't been used for a while, foredom and dremel, should I grease the cables in the shafts before firing them up. They have been hanging in a garage with little heat.
