Dave,

I would ask Susan Irish if you could use her pattern for the barn/silo that is
on her website along with the great instructions she gives!  That way, lots of
your carvers who have access to a computer can review the carving steps and
finishing if necessary right on line.  Of course, this infers you and Susan use
the same techniques for relief carving.
