[Woodcarver] Tools

I got my miller falls carving tool set on ebay.  they were from the 50's in 
near new condition.  I paid 26 bucks for a six piece set and have never 
regreted the purchase.  they hold an edge well.  i believe it  if you say that they 
are cheaply made now.  a lot of american tools are now being made overseas and 
are of inferior quality.  so I amend my previous statement to say "a set of 
older Miller falls carving tools".  It has been my experience that ebay is good 
place to acquire tools for a better price than most places.  only thing is 
that you must do your research so you know what you're purchasing.         while 
were on the subject of tools, does any one have an opinion on Marples carving 
tools.  Are they decent quality?  Thanks in advance        Maura
