Hi
   I bought this set.  It comes pre-sharpened and very very sharp 
indeed.  After using it for a while,
I decided that pulling an individual gouge out of the handle to replace 
it with another was getting to be
a real pain.  I made individual handles for every one.  This makes the 
set much easier to use.
