Dear Shirley,
  I am so sorry to hear about Bob.  He will be missed by so many.  I think 
he was one of those few people that made everyone around him feel very 
special and cared for.  He enhanced my live greatly when we carved together 
and talked on line.  Thanks you for sharing him with us!
