[Woodcarver] Ink Pens

You know how the non-retractable BIC pens have a brass nose cone attached to 
tube of ink, besides pulling these BIC cartridges from the holder, anyone know 
where just the cartridges with attached nose cones can be found?  

Club member found some carved pens and figured they'd be good projects.  
Pulled the (silver) cone and tube out.  They were short and not pulled from a BIC.

Been searching the Internet using google, but had no luck so far.  Anyone 
have a source?
