When I do mine I make copies of the picture & use my carving knife to make
the marks
I tried it the other way & to me was making 1 extera step
anyboduy else do it this way or am I just weird?
lol

Big Wayne:

I use tracing paper all the time to transfer my relief patterns to my
laminated panel. The tracing paper I use does NOT erase. It has to be
carved out. and it does not SMUDGE. Be sure that the transfer
ink/carbon does not smear... what a mess!!!

Hope this helps,

Bill
