[Woodcarver] spam hint

I guess I am lucky. I am using CompuServ and I have not received any of this. 
Somebody gave me this little tid bit to stop a virus from sending through 
your address book. It has worked for me. Just enter this in your address book and 
it should place itself first. And that is as far as the virus will go. You 
might want to try it.

Contact Name: !000
Other E-mail 1: WORMALERT at aol.com
You notice that !000 is the contact and you can use any valid e mail behind 
it. I just used AOL's worm alert, which is probably a good place for things 
like that to go. I don't think it will block spam however.
