>       I just returned home from the Roundup in Evart and the Carving Congress  Plus a little R&R  made it by the Carving Museum in Custer Wy, Crazy Horse Monument and Ivan Whillocks Studio. What a good 2 and 1/2 weeks The Roundup up in Evart was a great succcess for teachers and students alike a top notch event in every way. Good to see some I havent saw in a year. I will have to say your alls accents havent gotten any better. Sandy Thank you. Crazy Horse is getting better all the time they have a great Museum all done with private funds its sort of special to me since my Mother is Native.
      The Congress and Larry Yudis were worth their weight in gold to me, the level of carving was extraordinary and the commitment to produce a show such as this I know is a 12 month undertaking by a number of individuals thanks to everyone. Meeting Ivan was a real treat he took time to talk a spell to get to see his sculptures and paintings was icing on the cake an artist and gentleman in every way. Now I especially have to thank Sandie and Ol Don for some fine company and meals to match. I dont know when I have had a better time in a long while.
  Well I have to get ready to leave for Nashville tommorrow morning wont be able to drop by this trip Don I have to be back Sat afternoon. Looking foward to seeing several of you all in Pa in 3 weeks.
