Cynda you are not alone!  Its news to me too.  But I'll go one further - 
what do you mean press f11 - oh rats!  I just reread your note and see its 
the F KEYS on the top.  I couldn't figure out what you were meaning.  Now I 
do!  Duh!  Thanks for sharing!  I shall try this.
