[Woodcarver] I give up

well said Jack. Sometimes we do need a little harsh word or two to get us
out of the "oh poor me" stage and get going. Many people sent Alan lots of
information to help him and it appeared that he chose to quit. Then what do
we do - go carve something for him? Although I don't have his problems I
have had my own kind and spent many years whinning and eventually the people
around me got tired of listening and told me in no uncertain terms to get
off my tush and do something about the problem. So now I have and I do feel
better (and so do they not having to listen to me continue on for ever! :)
Yet it is nice to know that others care and can offer what ever kind of help
they can. Keeping in mind ultimely it is his to do or not. Enough said!
