  THE BEST CHIP CHATS ARE THE LATER ISSUES FROM 1990 ON......I HAVE A COLLECTION FROM THE 70S UP.....PHOTOS  AND CONTENT ARE GREATLY IMPROVED....COLOR INTRODUCED IN LATE 90S.....BETTER PROJECTS AND INFO.....WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT WHEN AVAILABLE.....OFTEN HAVE COPIES FOR SALE IN CHIP CHATS

    I have seen them for sale but don't know the quality.
