Hi all,

I agree that the Evart Roundup was, once again, a huge success.  I am
sorry that I didn't get to meet Dennis.

I am so grateful for the many who give up their time and talent to share
with the rest of us.  Doug is right, I came home loaded with blanks and
have enough projects for a long time.  Pictures will not be forthcoming
as 1) I lack the ability to get them on the net, and 2) I am not yet
ready to display my carvings except to my wife and granddaughter.  I can
always count on them to "ooh"  and "aah" at length over them.  

Sandy and Bob and Jean work so very hard and do so much for all of us. I
think we should equip them with pedometers and work out some kind of
mileage compensation. I thank them once again.
I can't wait to see some more pictures from the Roundup.  If anyone can
mail me a hard copy of our "listers" pictures that will also be

Thanks, Doug, for remembering me.  I was pretty darn hurt not to have
been mentioned in your initial post.
Old guys are pretty sensitive you know. :) :)
