[Woodcarver] Woodcarving Whatzit?

Instead of a Crimper, I think it is a Slicer....Maybe for making shingles, but then you don't carve shingles do you????

  Its a wood CRIMPER 
  when your piece of wood is to long you place it in here and it will press it smaller for ya
