Hey Jan: Great job on the monk. Do you have a story to attach to such fine
work? He reminds me of my senior year home-room teacher from high school,
Brother A_____, who was known to steal off after school with a fishing rod
and a stache of some kind, with maybe similar tastes as your kind monk.
Brother A, by the way, was a great teacher and a memorable personality.

  Finally got my major winterwork finished
  It can be seen on my PT album
  *Latest carvings*
  Monk is carved from baswood with a matte finnish
  I might give him a coat of satin finnish yet
  hopefully I'll do an other tall carving this spring
