Based on the good advice of this carving community, I purchased the
Sharpening Simplified DVD from Ellenwood arts.  It arrived in 2days!
Unbelievable!  And that wasn't even the best part.

I put in in my computer and could not open it.  Now I admit upfront that I
am technology challenged. Anyway, I sent an email to Ellenwood Arts
complaining that the DVD would not work.  I really didn't expect a reply and
was just waiting unil my son would visit so I could ask him for help. But to
my surprise..........the phone rang and it was Everett Ellenwood - very
concerned that I was having a problem!  Do you believe this?  In no time, he
had the problem solved - no surprise, there was NO PROBLEM with the DVD -
only with the operator.

WOW!!  What service.  And the DVD is great!
