First off, let me say that I picked up a couple of Walnut Hallow tools on
e-bay.
When 1 broke I had contacted them - e-mail
& asked if they replaced broked tools.
Never heard from them until 2 months later.
They just told me yes & tell them the tools # & my address & they will send
me replacements.
As I told them I am amased at them doing this.
The reason it took 2 months was because they had trouble with the e-mail add
that I used.
I know these are not high quality tools but they have been a life saver to
me until I am able to get what I really want.
They are a good set for someone that might want to see if they really like
carving. Tahank God I broke these & not one of the top ones.
I just felt that they deserve a remark for standing behind their tools.
Here is our conversation below- if you need to contact them- remember your
read it from the bottom up.
We had a problem with the web site you sent your first email to. I need to
know the number's of the tools or if they came in a set I need that number.
If you can send that to me with your address I will gat the replacements
sent out to you right away. Sorry about any inconvenience this has caused
you.
